McDonald Drive Closed at 86th Street Due to Serious Truck-Bicycle Accident

Scottsdale Police Department is reporting that the intersection at McDonald Drive at 86th Street is closed due to a serious injury collision between a Dodge pickup truck and a bicycle.

Police say the adult male rider of the bicycle was not wearing a helmet and was taken to Scottsdale Healthcare Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The adult female driver of the Dodge p/u truck was uninjured.

The intersection will be closed until 11:00 pm.
