[Update] 4 injured in head-on crash. 2 adults and 2 children. Significant injuries reported. All patients have been transported. Three transported to Maricopa Medical Center (one adult, 4 year old female and a 8 year old male). One adult male was transported to Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn.
