Interstate 17 (I-17) northbound is closed in New River due to an oil tanker rollover, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT).
Use State Route 87 (SR 87) thru Payson or State Route 89 (SR 89) thru Prescott from Phoenix to Flagstaff.
There is no estimated time to reopen northbound lanes. Southbound lanes are unaffected and remain open.
