Waste Management Phoenix Open Traffic Restrictions

Local residents are encouraged to use the Loop 101 Freeway instead of surface streets near the Tournament Players Club (TPC). Following are specific traffic restrictions:
  • Greenway Hayden Loop will be reduced to one lane in each direction from Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard to Bell Road January 23 - February 10.
  • Bell Road will be closed from Hayden Road to 82nd Street January 26 - February 3.
  • The following streets will be restricted to residents, resort guests and event attendees with appropriate passes January 27 - February 2:
  • Bell Rd from 82nd Street to Perimeter Way
  • Princess Blvd from the roundabout to Hayden Rd
  • Princess Drive from Hayden Road to Pacesetter Way
  • Hayden Road between Mayo Boulevard (east) and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard
  • Mayo Boulevard east of Hayden Road
  • Mayo Boulevard west of Hayden Rd (access to Celebration of Fine Art will be provided)
  • 82nd Street between Mayo Boulevard and Bell Rd
Most traffic restrictions will end February 3, but the sidewalk on the west side Greenway Hayden Loop will be closed for approximately three weeks for event take down.
