10-Mile Holiday Backup Hits Interstate 17

A 10-mile backup has formed on northbound Interstate 17 (I-17) from mileposts 258 to 248. Just 1 northbound lane is open south of SR 68 (Cordes Junction), according to Tim Tait, public information officer for the Arizona Department of Transportation.
